Thankyou so much  for inviting me on Saturday night , I really appreciate  how you brought so many amazing people together . I met so many great people . And the Documentary was so inspiring and confirming for a way of living and being that works . We talked the  next day on the Hike up Little Mount Doug about  the whole evening it was really beautiful to relay the information through to the woman who came hiking and were not present at the evening … sharing so much amazing information .

THE HEART TO LEAD ~ Women as Allies for the Greater Good Documentary  was shown on Saturday, July 23rd, 2011 in Victoria at the Truth Center on Fort Street.  Featuring: Barbara Marx Hubbard, Rama Vernon, Dr. Barbara Fields, Rev. Dr. Kathy Hearn, and more, The Heart To Lead,  is  a documentary film that explores the significant role women are meant to play in the evolution of Western culture. It is an intimate dialogue by women on the journey to self-discovery.

Reverend Jennifer Tennant,  Dola Dube of the Victoria Truth Center,  and I were excited to introduce and celebrate a documentary by filmmakers Bonnie Kelley, Cheryl Gould and Margaret McAllister.   A documentary that explores the emerging accepted point of view of feminine leadership.  The film shows women attuning to their inner strengths and connecting with one another which empowers them to personal and social action.  A relevant and emerging topic!  The message encourages us to “be the change.” Renee Lindstrom……To see the trailer for The Heart to Lead – www.Imagethegood.com

Bonnie Kelly, on behalf of Imagine the Good and filmmaker – “this film is a seed for beginning conversations. It provides an invitational field that reaches out and invites folks to open their hearts to their innate wonderment and gifts of inner knowing that can be expressed outwardly and attract opportunities to guide and serve.  It is a conversation enhancer– for all of us. A vehicle to find/recognize a little glimpse of oneself– to share into the circle so that everyone can be seen in their rainbow of divine qualities. BLESSINGS… Bonnie

Staying connected

My hope is with our recent experience and connections we have just made through this event that we can stay in touch and/or continue on in some way.  I have come up with some ways I have thought of to connect to and encourage continuing on with growing Women’s circle gatherings and hope if you have more you will add to this.  I hope we will also connect other ways to encourage the balance between our masculine and feminine leadership needs.  

Some ways to connect and share in this amazing and relevant women’s dialogue:

1.  Getting started – get the DVD and with it a guide-book to begin your own gatherings that gives you support if you are just getting started.  

2.  Join the Imagine the Good Ning group to connect with others in an on-line community.  

3.  Attend  showings of The Heart to Lead Documentary of those who have purchased the DVD and wish to share beginning this fall.

4.  Join in local women’s circle gatherings and groups that are beginning to have these dialogues.  

5.  Join a local group for facilitator of women’s circle gatherings  who want to get to together less often for nurturing personal growth and ideas. 

How can I help? Don’t hesitate to connect with me as a resource and if I can’t help you I may be able to connect you to someone you can.  We have some amazing women in Victoria who have gathered in circles around the world for up to 10 years!

2.  To support you in facilitation until your comfortable.

3.  To announce your gathering and share the ongoing event details on Waking2Heart.

4.  And more, don’t hesitate to come forward with your own needs to share and see what this could like.
